Ashley Curran
Curran Mediation started in 2014 by Ashley Curran, attorney at law, who practises in all aspects of family, divorce, commercial and property law. Ashley studied at the University of Cape Town (UCT) where she obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BsocSci) followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Ashley is the founder and Director of the law firm, Curran Attorneys, based in Kenilworth. Ashley is an attorney of the High Court as well as a conveyancer, notary public and accredited mediator with the Family Association of Mediators of the Cape (FAMAC).
The hostile nature of the court process which is detrimental and destructive to personal and business relationships has led to this juncture, Curran Mediation, which was established to provide various alternatives to litigation, with positive results.
Ashley’s overall skill set coupled with the knowledge and practical insight to successfully resolve complex disputes outside of court, has led to a demand for dispute resolution services across the Western Cape, in particular Cape Town and surrounding areas.
Due to an increased demand for alternative dispute resolution Curran Mediation now offers exclusive services to individuals, families, couples, employers and businesses.
